No, cookie support on the phone is required for the phone authorization process to work properly. Check www.cisco.com for the latest phone firmware.
Why do I see a directory entry and voicemail from “VisualView” in the phones results?
VisualView is free to download and use. However, if you would like to remove these entries you must license the product.
Can VisualView be deployed directly on the exchange server?
Yes, the application can be deployed directly on the exchange server or on a standalone server running Windows IIS server role.
Can VisulView be accessed by a phone outside of the corporate network from the internet?
Yes, the phone uses the standard HTTP protocol access the VisualView server. However, we do not recommend this configuration because Cisco phones do not support the HTTP over secure connections. Therefore, the information transmitted to your phones will be in clear text and could be a security risk.
How do I get support for VisualView?
