VisualView is dedicated to help customers in search of clarification, or who are experiencing difficulties. If you’re having a problem with a VisualVeiw product, or if you’ve got a “How do I?” question, there a number of ways you can get help from us.
Please use the community support forum. This is for your benefit, as there are support forum staff as well as existing VisualView customers willing to assist you. It is important that all support questions are answered in the support forum. We encourage you to do a quick search through the forums to see if there’s a known issue or resolution before contacting us directly. If you’re reporting an issue, the more information you can give us the better; we’ll need to know what you were doing when the problem occurred, if you can reproduce the problem, and the version of the software you’re having problems with.
The latest version of a product is always available on the product’s page. If you have purchased a license from us and have enabled your account for email notifications, we’ll send you a notification whenever we update a product. If you’re experiencing an issue, it’s always a good idea to install the latest version of the product; the problem may already have been fixed.
