Integrated directory management enables the availability to view the company directory on the phone display. Search functions may be performed both on office and mobile numbers and is can be searched against Active Directory and Outlook Personal Contacts. Once the number is available, the phone call can be made very quickly by clicking a signal soft key on the phone.
Conference room calendars allow Microsoft Exchange “rooms” to be displayed graphically on idle Cisco Unified IP Phone 7900 Series color and gray scale ip phones. This is ideal for keeping everyone up to date on the availability of busy conference rooms.
