VisualView for Microsoft Exchange version 1.2 now includes a new conference room calendar feature. This feature allows Microsoft Exchange “rooms” to be displayed graphically on Cisco Unified IP Phone 7900 Series color and gray scale ip phones.

Also in version 1.2 a new server administration tool has been added to assist in the setup and configuration process.

Advanced Directory Search –VisualView for Microsoft Exchange delivers integrated directory management on Cisco IP Phones. Search functions can be performed for both on office and mobile phone numbers and retrieved from your Microsoft Active Directory and Outlook Personal Contacts. Allowing phone calls made very quickly with a signal soft key on the phone.
Visual Viewmail – Voicemail messages are graphically displayed including a text version of voicemails, the date and time in which the message was left and message length. Standard Cisco IP phone navigation buttons can be used to select a voicemail and then soft keys on the phone are used to play or delete.
